Unreachable Packages:
Should a package be returned to us as undeliverable due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer or for reasons beyond our control, you will be promptly notified via email. At this point, you have the option to request a reshipment to a corrected address (additional shipping charges may apply) or opt for a refund. The refund will be issued for the order's value, minus the original shipping fees and any return costs incurred.
