 At KuKirin, we are dedicated to delivering products of exceptional quality. Each item undergoes rigorous inspections before being shipped to ensure our customers' satisfaction. In the rare event that our products do not meet your expectations, please reach out to us directly for assistance. For purchases made from sources other than kukirinstore.com, we recommend contacting the original seller as your first point of contact for problem resolution.

 KuKirin Limited Warranty:

 We offer a 12-month warranty (6 months for the battery) against defects in workmanship and/or materials from the date of purchase. This warranty covers troubleshooting, free repair services, or replacement part shipments for issues arising from defects in materials or workmanship. However, it does not cover problems resulting from personal behaviors, abuse, misuse, negligence, accidents (such as riding in wet conditions or dropping the board), or modifications made to the product.

 Our Solutions:

 Replacement Parts: We will ship replacement parts via regular mail along with detailed instructions to assist you.

Faulty Scooters: Scooters found to be faulty due to defects in materials/workmanship within 7 days from the date of delivery will be exchanged.

Defective Accessories: Defective accessories will be exchanged with functionally equivalent ones, matching the original parts in performance and reliability.

EU Customers: For customers in European Union countries, we provide repair and maintenance services if issues cannot be resolved over the phone or via email. KuKirin covers the repair and shipping fees in these cases.

Conditions Not Covered by Warranty:

 Our warranty does not cover the following:

 Issues caused by personal behaviors or standard use.

Products purchased elsewhere, in used condition, or second-hand.

Products modified or repaired by unauthorized technicians or using faulty, modified, or unoriginal equipment/accessories.

Accidents, damages caused by external factors, atmospheric conditions, or similar events.

Faults resulting from dirt, impurities, water, foreign bodies, etc.

Use in the rain or driving through water with a depth exceeding 4 cm.

Product or parts identification series/codes/marks that are illegible or deleted.

Damage due to improper handling and transport by the buyer.

Changes to the original product condition due to natural influences.

Usage contrary to the user manual's instructions or vandalism.

Warranty Assessment:

 KuKirin reserves the right to assess all warranty claims and determine if defects or damages fall under this limited warranty. If a claim is deemed not covered, we will provide a repair cost quotation and return shipping costs to you.

 Exclusive Warranties:

 The warranties outlined here are exclusive and replace all other warranties, expressed or implied, including those arising from a course of dealing, usage, or trade. KuKirin does not provide any warranty, either expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

 Note on Product Replacements:

 KuKirin may update model designs or substitute models with different graphics or colors. Product replacements are subject to availability. If an exact replacement is unavailable, KuKirin may use refurbished or comparable value components and products to fulfill warranty claims.

 Limitation of Liability:

 KuKirin's liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods for which damages are claimed. KuKirin is not liable for any other costs incurred or any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 User Responsibility:

 Your use of our products is at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any loss, liability, or damages resulting from your use of our products, including personal injury, loss of life, or damage to property.

Usage Restrictions:

 Customers agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site for commercial purposes.
