Returns Process and Policies:
Return period: Products can be returned within 14 days from receipt, taking into account the latest update of the logistics time frame.
Initiating the return: To begin the return process, please complete a return form and send it to info@kukirinstore.com. Preferably include a photo or video showing the damaged product.
Approval and Return Address: Upon approval by KuKirin, our customer service will provide you with the appropriate return address. Please ensure that the products are in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. The customer is responsible for appropriate packaging.
Shipping and Tracking: Return the product within 7 days and provide the tracking number along with the tracking link to KuKirin. Otherwise the request is considered expired.
Cancellation scenarios:
Order not yet shipped (Cancellations): If the order has not been shipped, the entire order amount will be refunded to your account within 14 business days of receipt of your refund request form.
Product Already Shipped (Cancellations): If the product has been shipped and cannot be intercepted, please contact our support team upon receipt of the package to initiate the return. Please note that you are responsible for any associated shipping costs.
Pre-Orders and Pre-Order Cancellations: For pre-orders, payment is processed immediately. Regardless of the expected shipping date, there will be no delay in payment. The refund procedures are the same as mentioned in the previous sections.
Returned Products: Products from kukirinstore.com can be returned within 14 days of receipt. You can request a return and refund service for any reason, but you must bear the return shipping costs. If the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transportation, please contact our customer service at info@kukirinstore.com. KuKirin will cover the return shipping costs. The original purchase price will be refunded to your account within 14 business days of receipt of the return package.
Used Items: We do not accept returns on used items unless there is an extreme case of breakage or malfunction.

Return Instructions:
